摘　　要：新中国成立初期,由于历经数十年持续不断的战争破坏,加上资本主义国家的政治孤立和经济封锁,国家财政捉襟见肘。在此背景下,山西各煤矿积极响应国家号召,通过开展劳动竞赛运动,推动技术创新、弘扬劳模精神、提高工人工资与福利,逐步形成一套自己的制度体系,激发了山西煤炭工人的劳动热情,为新生政权的巩固、抗美援朝的胜利和社会主义建设贡献了力量。At the beginning of the founding of New China,the country's finances were stretched to the limit due to the devastation caused by decades of continuous wars,coupled with the political isolation and economic blockade by capitalist countries.In this context,coal mines in Shanxi actively responded to the call of the state,by launching labor competition campaigns to promote technological innovation,carry forward the spirit of model workers,and improve workers'wages and benefits,gradually forming a set of their own institutional system,which aroused the labor enthusiasm of coal workers in Shanxi,and contributed to the consolidation of the new regime,the victory of the war to resist U.S.aggression and aid Korea,and the socialist construction.
