诉苦:社会动员的深入与阶级觉悟的提升——以陕西榆林地区为个案研究(1949—1952)

摘　　要：诉苦是中国共产党开展土改运动的重要环节,也是一种特殊的社会动员手段,它有利于激发民众的热情,有效进行社会动员,提升人民群众的阶级觉悟,推动政权建设的深入。由于认识的偏差,加之政治助推,诉苦中难免存在不和谐的因素,错斗、乱批的现象时有发生,进而加剧了群众的阶级仇恨。陕西榆林地区的诉苦运动就具有这种典型特征,面对这种域情,榆林专区政府积极行动,成立基层村庄诉苦委员会,通过不同的形式进行引导,从而调动了群众的情绪,推动了诉苦运动的深入,提升了人民群众的阶级觉悟。Complaining is an important link in the land reform movement of the CPC,and also a special means of social mobilization,It is conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of the people,effectively carrying out social mobilization,raising the class consciousness of the people,and promoting the deepening of the construction of political power.However,due to cognitive biases and political promotion,there are inevitably discordant factors in complaints,and the phenomenon of wrongful fights and random criticism occurs from time to time,which aggravates the class hatred of the masses.Complaining movement in the Yulin area of Shaanxi Province has this typical feature.In the face of this local situation,the Yulin regional government took an active action to set up grass-roots vilage grievance commitees to guide them through different forms,thus,it mobilizes the masses'emotions,promotes the deepening of the complaining movement,and enhances the class consciousness of the masses.
