摘 要:为提高单组分抑制剂对管道中瓦斯爆炸的抑爆性能,减少瓦斯爆炸的危害,选用3种单组分抑制剂,即0.10 g/L的纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))粉体、4%的二氧化碳(CO_(2))气体、4%的七氟丙烷(FM-200)气体,自行搭建小型可视化瓦斯爆炸管道试验平台,研究3种单组分抑制剂和气固两相混合抑制剂对管道中不同浓度瓦斯爆炸的抑制效果与抑爆机理。结果表明:在单组分抑制剂反应中,对管道中瓦斯爆炸的抑制效果由强到弱依次为FM-200气体、纳米SiO_(2)粉体、CO_(2)气体;气固混合抑制剂反应中,对管道中瓦斯爆炸抑制的效果由强到弱依次为FM-200和SiO_(2)气固混合物、CO_(2)-SiO_(2)气固混合物、纳米SiO_(2)粉体,即反应系统中FM-200和SiO_(2)气固混合物对管道中瓦斯爆炸的抑制效果最好;当瓦斯浓度分别为7%、9.5%和11%时,添加FM-200和SiO_(2)气固混合物,最大爆炸压力P_(ex)分别降低了39.3%、28.3%和38.2%,最大爆炸压力增长速率(dP/dt)_(ex)分别降低了32.9%、39.6%和53.3%,气体燃烧时间t_c分别提高了40.4%、40.1%和38.2%,表现出了协同抑爆效果。In order to improve the explosion suppression performance of a one-component inhibitor on gas explosion in pipelines,and reduce the harm of gas explosion,three one-component inhibitors,i.e.0.10 g/L nano silica(SiO_(2))powder,4%carbon dioxide(CO_(2))gas,and 4%heptafluropropane(FM-200)gas,were se-lected to build a small visual gas explosion pipeline test platform to study their explosion suppression effect on gas explosion at different concentrations and the explosion suppression mechanism.The experimental results show that in the one-component inhibitor reaction,the gas explosion inhibition effect is FM-200 gas,nano-SiO2 powder and CO_(2) gas in descending order.In the gas-solid mixture inhibitor reaction,the gas explosion inhibition effect is FM-200 and SiO_(2) gas-solid mixture,CO_(2)-SiO_(2) gas-solid mixture,and nano-SiO_(2) powder in descending order.In the reaction system,the gas explosion suppression effect of FM-200 and SiO_(2) gas-solid mixture is the best.When the gas concentrations are 7%,9.5% and 11%,respectively,the addition of FM-200 and SiO_(2) gas-solid mixture reduces the maximum explosion pressure Pex by 39.3%,28.3%and 38.2%,respectively,reduces the rate of the maximum explosion pressure increment(dP/dt)ex by 32.9%,39.6% and 53.3%,respectively,and increases the gas combustion time t,by 40.4%,40.1% and 38.2%,respectively,showing synergistic explosion suppression effect.
