摘  要:为探讨灌水量对厌氧土壤消毒(Anaerobic Soil Disinfestation,ASD)处理番茄连作土壤效果的影响,以蚌埠市郊钱李村连作3年的大棚番茄连作土壤为研究对象,以稻草为有机物料,设计4个处理方案,结果表明,不同灌水量ASD处理均可显著提高酸性土壤pH(P<0.05),增加土壤TOC和速效K含量,降低土壤EC值和NO-3含量,增加土壤细菌数量;低水分(80%饱和水)ASD处理对尖孢镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum(F.oxysporum)具有显著抑制作用,但淹水处理对尖孢镰刀菌不具抑制作用。可见,低水分(80%饱和水)ASD处理即可显著消除酸性土壤pH(P<0.05)、降低土壤EC值和NO-3含量(P<0.05)等理化障碍因子;显著提高土壤TOC、速效K含量(P<0.05)等肥力因子;显著降低F.oxysporum数量(P<0.05)。To explore the effect on eliminating soil obstacle factors of tomato continuous cropping by anaerobic soil disinfestation(ASD),soils used for indoor ASD simulation test were collected from greenhouse tomato continuous cropping for 3 years in Qianli Village,Bengbu City,Anhui province.Four treatments of soils were designed with straws as the basal organic materials.The results showed as follows:pH of acidic soil treated by ASD method with different irrigation amounts was significantly increased(P<0.05);TOC and available K contents in soil increased,EC values of soil and NO-3 contents in soil decreased significantly,and the number of soil bacterias increased in soils treated by reductive soil disinfestation.However,flooded ASD treatment had no inhibitory effect on soil F.oxysporum.In conclusion,tomato continuous cropping soils were treated by ASD method with low irrigation amount(80%saturated water)in this study.Soil pH can be significantly elevated(P<0.05);EC value of soil and NO-3 contents in soil were observably reduced(P<0.05);TOC and available K contents in soil(P<0.05)were significantly increased and the population of F.oxysporum was significantly decreased(P<0.05).
