摘　　要：随着航运业的发展和国家政策的扶持,融资租赁近年来在我国呈现快速增长趋势。为了贯彻《上海市推进国际航运中心建设条例》精神,对上海港船舶融资租赁登记现状和现行船舶融资租赁登记制度进行调研分析,对完善融资租赁登记制度提出合理化建议,以登记制度的完善助力船舶融资租赁行业快速高质量发展,更好地服务上海国际航运中心建设。With the development of the shipping industry and the support from national policies,financial leasing has developed rapidly in China in the past years.To implement the Regulations of Shanghai on Promoting the Development of International Shipping Center,this paper studies the current conditions of the financial leasing registration for ships in Shanghai Port and the existing systems.It proposes rational suggestions on improving the financial leasing registration system,aiming to promote the high-quality development of ship financial leasing through optimizing the registration system and better serve the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center.
