摘　　要：通过对锂电池的特性、存在的危险进行分析,梳理归纳了锂电池水路运输的要求、豁免条件和存在的问题,并从行业安全和海事监管的角度提出了合理化的管理建议。Based on a study of the characteristics and hazards of lithium batteries,the paper studies and concludes the requirements,exemption conditions,and existing problems of lithium battery waterway transportation.It also puts forward reasonable management suggestions from the perspectives of industry safety and maritime supervision.
