摘　　要：通过分析现阶段专用航标设置方案中存在的问题,从引用标准规范、航标配布距离、航标灯质选择、航标名称与编号、灯桩高度、航标备品、锚链选择等7个方面提出相关意见,为提高专用航标配布方案质量提供参考。As a technical support institution,the maritime navigation service department provides technical review opinions for the administrative license of special aids to navigation(AtoN)according to the Notice of China MSA on adjusting the lawenforcement procedures for AtoN management.Through analyzing the problems encountered in the technical examination of the special AtoN in the present stage,this paper puts forward major considerations in the technical examination of the special AtoN,in order to improve the quality of special AtoN to ensure the navigation safety of ships within the jurisdictional waters.
