摘　　要：目的明确某部官兵口腔黏膜病及牙本质敏感症患病情况及影响因素,从而为制定针对性的干预措施和完善口腔卫勤保障策略提供支持。方法参考世界卫生组织2013年公布的《口腔健康调查基本方法(第5版)》,整群抽取某部驻岛官兵,对其进行详尽的口腔黏膜病及牙本质敏感症问卷调查。结果在856人中,牙本质敏感症患者313人,患病率36.57%,食用槟榔、噪音大、喜欢辛辣、喜欢食咸以及熬夜是牙本质敏感症的独立危险因素;诊断口腔黏膜下纤维化(OSF)患者数量为115人,患病率为13.43%。吸烟与食用槟榔是OSF发生的独立危险因素。结论牙本质敏感症和OSF在驻岛官兵中发病率较高,应引起足够重视,开展相关口腔健康宣教,督促广大官兵戒烟戒槟榔,形成良好的口腔健康习惯,健全远程系统在口腔诊疗中的应用,提高海岛官兵的口腔健康水平。Objective To clarify the prevalence and influencing factors of oral mucosal diseases and dentin hypersensitivity in officers and soldiers in a unit,so as to provide support for formulating targeted intervention measures and improving oral health service support strategies.Methods With reference to the Oral Health Surveys:Basic Methods(Fifth Edition)published by the World Health Organization in 2013,a group of officers and soldiers stationed on an island were selected to conduct a detailed questionnaire survey on oral mucosal diseases and dentin hypersensitivity.Results Among the 856 individuals,313 had dentin hypersensitivity,with a prevalence rate of 36.57%.Eating betel nut,loud noise,liking spicy food,liking salty food,and staying up late were independent risk factors for dentin hypersensitivity.The number of patients diagnosed with oral submucosal fibrosis(OSF)was 115,with a prevalence rate of 13.43%.Smoking and consumption of betel nut were independent risk factors for OSF.Conclusion The incidence rate of dentin hypersensitivity and OSF is relatively high among officers and soldiers stationed on the island,which should be paid enough attention to,and relevant oral health education should be carried out to urge the majority of officers and soldiers to quit smoking and betel nut,form good oral health habits,improve the application of remote systems in oral diagnosis and treatment,and improve the oral health level of officers and soldiers on the island.
