摘　　要：目的 本研究通过在深圳市某三甲传染病医院药房管理中应用4R危机管理理论,探讨在突发公共卫生事件下医院药房的危机管理策略。方法 以4R危机管理理论为指导,依托医院已有的疫情防控管理体系,从预案、管理制度、人员配置、培训等方面着手,减少危机的冲击力和影响力,事先做好处置危机的准备,灵活应对已发生的危机,以及尽快恢复,从而全面提升危机管理水平。结果 通过优化各项制度流程及人力资源配置,有效保障了医院药房突发公共卫生事件下各项工作的正常开展。结论 基于4R危机管理理论的管理措施,指导医院药房抵御突发公共卫生事件冲击发挥了关键作用,为同行提供了借鉴经验。OBJECTIVE To explore the risk management strategies of hospital pharmacy under public health emergencies by applying 4R crisis management theory in a GradeⅢlevel A infectious disease hospital in Shenzhen.METHODS Depending on the existing epidemic prevention and control management system of the hospital,comprehensively improve the level of epidemic prevention and control management was carried out by the 4R crisis management theory concerning the contingency plan,management system,staffing,training,etc.,to reduce the impact and influence of the crisis,and to deal with the crisis in advance prepare,flexibly respond to the crisis occurred,and recover as soon as possible.RESULTS The management measures based on 4R crisis management theory play a key role in guiding hospital pharmacies to resist the impact of public health emergencies,and provide reference experience for peers.CONCLUSION Management practice based on 4R crisis management theory play a key role in guiding hospital pharmacies to resist the impact under the new situation of novel coronavirus infection prevention and control,and provide reference experience for peers.
