摘  要:为筛选适宜西宁地区种植的海棠品种,本研究以引进的19个品种枝条为试验材料,进行抗寒性试验研究,结果表明:19个海棠品种在温度逐渐降低的低温胁迫下,电解质外渗率呈现上升趋势,枝条发芽率逐渐降低;通过聚类分析将19个海棠品种分为4类,第Ⅰ类为抗寒极强的海棠品种为花红海棠;第Ⅱ类为抗寒性强的海棠品种,共14个,第Ⅲ类为抗寒性弱的品种,共3个。第Ⅳ类为抗寒性敏感的是珍珠梅海棠。In order to screen suitable varieties of Malus spp.for planting in Xining area,this study conducted cold resistance experiments on the branches of 19 introduced varieties.The results showed that under low temperature stress with gradually decreasing temperature,the electrolyte leakage rate of 19 Malus spp.varieties showed an upward trend,and the branch germination rate gradually decreased;Through cluster analysis,19 varieties of Malus spp.were divided into 4 categories.The first category was Malus asiatica Nakai,which had strong cold resistance;The second category consists of 14 varieties with strong cold resistance,while the third category consists of 3 varieties with weak cold resistance.The fourth type is Malus×Sorbaria sorbifolia(L.)A.Br which is sensitive to cold resistance.
