高血压患者限盐饮食行为评定量表的汉化及在中青年群体中的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的 汉化高血压患者限盐饮食行为评定量表(Measuring Change in Restriction of Salt (Sodium) in Diet in Hypertensives, MCRSDH)并检验其在中青年人群中的信效度。方法 对量表进行翻译、回译和跨文化调适,形成中文版MCRSDH;于2022年3—7月采用连续抽样法调查520例中青年高血压患者,评估量表的信效度。结果 中文版MCRSDH内容效度为0.96,各条目内容效度为0.83~1。量表共29个条目,探索性因子分析提取初始阶段5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为70.663%;提取持续阶段4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为85.274%。验证性因子分析显示,9因子模型拟合良好。总量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.822,两个模型各维度的Cronbach’s α系数为0.781~0.945,重测信度为0.902。结论 中文版MCRSDH的信效度良好,可作为我国中青年原发性高血压患者食用盐饮食行为改变的评估工具。Objective To sinicize the measurement change in restriction of salt(Sodium)in diet in hypertensives(MCRSDH)and examine its reliability and validity among young and middle-aged people.Methods The scale MCRSDH was translated,back-translated and cross-culturally adapted to form Chinese version of MCRSDH.520 young and middle-aged patients with hypertension were surveyed from March to July 2022 using a continuous sampling method to assess the reliability of the scale.Results The content validity of the Chinese version of MCRSDH was 0.96,and the content validity of each entry was 0.83-1.The scale had 29 entries,and the exploratory factor analysis extracted 5 common factors in the initial phase with a cumulative variance contribution of 70.663%;4 common factors in the continuous phase with a cumulative variance contribution of 85.274%.The validated factor analysis showed that the 9-factor model fitted well.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.812,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficients of each dimension of the two models ranged from 0.781 to 0.945,with a retest reliability of 0.902.Conclusions The reliability of the Chinese version of MCRSDH is good,and it can be used as an assessment tool for behavioral change of salt consumption diet in young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension in China.
