摘　　要：在结合车身覆盖件特征和装框要求的基础上,对自制冲压件料架进行系列化、部件柔性化和标准化设计。利用企业自主研发的TcAE系统对关键冲压件进行大数据分析,开发了可以覆盖97%以上车型零件的平台化柔性料架,并集成到系统中指导新车型关键冲压件料架开发。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the key body covering parts and the re-quirements of the frame,the serialization,flexibility,and standardization of the self-made stamping part racks were designed.The TcAE system integrated by the company was used for big data analy-sis of key stamping parts,and the platform-based flexible racks which could cover more than 97%of vehicle parts were developed and integrated into the system to guide the development for new cars.
