摘  要:以GH5188斜Ⅰ型锻件为研究对象,基于ABAQUS-Explicit显示动力学分析平台,建立了径-轴向轧扩有限元分析模型,通过Fortran语言进行程序二次开发,建立了辊系自适应运动模型,对GH5188斜Ⅰ型锻件进行热力耦合模拟,基于等体积原则,设计了锻件中间坯,分析了中间坯环轧过程的应力场、应变场,并进行环件轧制过程模拟可靠性验证。结果表明,建立的有限元模型稳定可靠,设计的中间坯合理可行,生产的锻件尺寸满足图纸要求,锻件各项性能指标满足标准要求,为相似锻件的生产提供了参考。Focusing on a skewed I-type GH5188 forged piece,an extended finite element analysis model for radial-axial rolling was established based on the ABAQUS-Explicit dynamic analysis.Secondary development of the program was conducted by using the Fortran language and the adap-tive motion model of the roller system was established,followed by a thermal-mechanical coupling simulation of the skewed I-type GH5188 forged piece.Based on the equal volume principle,the in-termediate billet of the forged piece was designed and the stress and strain fields of the intermedi-ate billet during the ring rolling process were analyzed,followed by a validation of the reliability of the simulation.The results showed that the finite element model established was stable and reli-able,the intermediate billet designed was rational and feasible,the forged pieces produced met the requirements of drawings and standards in terms of their sizes and various performance indicators,providing important reference for the production of similar forged parts.
