摘　　要：以汽车扣手盒注射模中成型零件的设计为研究对象,结合汽车扣手盒的工艺分析结果,对分型面进行设计。根据塑件的形状和结构的复杂程度,型腔板与型芯设计为整体式,塑件底部有2个宽度为2 mm,高度为25 mm的卡扣,通过设计斜推和侧抽芯的机构实现脱模。Taking the design of the injection mould for the automobile buckle box as the research object,combined with the analysis results of its manufacturability,the parting line was designed.Based on the complexity of the shape and structure of the product,the cavity and core were de⁃signed integral.There are two bayonet clasp hands with width 2 mm and height 25 mm.It could de⁃mould successfully by designing angled pulling mechanism or side core-pulling mechanism.
