摘  要:温控型氧化镁膨胀剂具有调控混凝土水化放热历程和补偿收缩的双重功能,在不同季节下用其配制的补偿收缩混凝土大幅度提高了苏州明挖地铁车站侧墙大体积混凝土的抗裂防渗效果。实体结构监测数据表明,混凝土入模温度越高则温升越高,在夏季浇筑成型的侧墙大体积混凝土实体结构内部微应变最低,相对应的收缩开裂风险也最高;温控型氧化镁膨胀剂使侧墙大体积混凝土实体结构内部温峰降低了3.4~6.5℃,温峰出现时间延迟了8~10 h,温度修正后微应变最大值增长了30με~58με,30 d内最小值增长了77με~92με。The temperature-controlled magnesium oxide expansive agent has the dual effects of regulating the hydration heat release process and compensating shrinkage of concrete.The shrinkage-compensating concrete prepared with it under different seasonal conditions greatly improved the crack resistance and anti-seepage effect of the mass concrete of the side wall of Suzhou open-cut subway station.The monitoring data of the solid structure showed that the higher the temperature of the concrete into the mold,the higher the temperature rise.The micro-strain value of the side wall mass concrete solid structure formed in summer was the lowest,and the corresponding shrinkage cracking risk was the highest.The temperature-controlled magnesium oxide expansive agent reduced the internal temperature peak of the side wall mass concrete solid structure by 3.4~6.5℃,and the time of the temperature peak was delayed by 8~10 h.After the temperature correction,the maximum micro-strain increased by 30με~58με,and the minimum value increased by 77με~92μεwithin 30 days.
