摘  要:采用具有内养护作用和表面活性的自燃煤矸石集料部分或者全部取代天然集料制备低碳混凝土,可实现大宗固废资源化、无害化和减量化利用。自燃煤矸石集料相较于天然集料粗糙多孔,石粉含量高,影响了混凝土的体积稳定性与耐久性。系统介绍了不同参数对自燃煤矸石集料混凝土收缩开裂、抗冻性、抗氯离子渗透性、碳化、抗渗性和耐磨性等的影响,分析了自燃煤矸石集料混凝土研究面临的主要问题并展望其前景,以期为实现自燃煤矸石的低能耗资源化利用及其混凝土结构体积稳定性与耐久性评估提供参考。The preparation of low-carbon concrete using spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate with"internal curing"and"activity"effect,replacing natural aggregate partially or entirely,has realized the value-added utilization of recycling,harmlessness and reduction of bulk solid waste.Compared to natural aggregate,spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate has a rough,porous and high content of stone powder,which affects the volume stability and durability of concrete.Various parameters on shrinkage cracking,freezing resistance,chloride ions penetration resistant,carbonation,impermeability and wear resistance of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete are reviewed comprehensively.The main problems faced by spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete research are analyzed and its prospects are prospected,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for achieving low energy consumption and resource utilization of spontaneous combustion coal gangue and assess the volumetric stability and durability of its concrete structures.
