摘 要:比较分析了现有的喷射混凝土早期强度测试方法,包括直接检测和非直接检测两类方法。直接检测方法有预留试块法、钻芯取样法和棱柱体端部受压测试方法;非直接检测方法包括土壤贯入仪法、十字板剪切仪、螺旋贯入仪、回弹法、超声法、电阻率法、Meyco针贯入法、射钉(贯入阻力)法、螺柱驱动法和气动式细钢针贯入法等测试方法。推荐最合理的测试方案是在喷射混凝土抗压强度低于1 MPa时使用Meyco针贯入法,抗压强度为3~28 MPa时使用射钉(贯入)法,抗压强度高于28 MPa时使用钻芯法,这3种测试方法既可以在实验室内,也可以在施工现场对喷射混凝土强度进行连续准确地检测。This study compares and analyzes the existing test methods for compressive strength of sprayed concrete at the early age,including direct testing and indirect testing.The direct testing method has reserved test sample method,drilling core sampling method and prism end compression test method.Indirect testing methods include:soil penetrometer,vane shear instrument,spiral penetrometer,rebound method,ultrasonic method,resistivity method,Meyco needle penetrometer,pin penetration test method,stud driving method and pneumatic pin penetration test.The most reasonable testing plan recommended is to use the Meyco needle penetration method when the compressive strength of sprayed concrete is below 1 MPa,use penetration resistance method when the compressive strength of sprayed concrete is 3~28 MPa,and use coring method when the compressive strength is above 28 MPa.These three testing methods can be used to continuously and accurately test the strength of sprayed concrete both in the laboratory and on the construction site.
