摘  要:研究了不同掺量二次铝灰烧结渣料磨细粉(AP)对快硬高强硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)注浆料工作性能、力学性能、体积稳定性及环境友好性的影响,并采用微观测试技术对其机理进行深入分析。结果表明:随AP掺量的增加,注浆料的凝结时间先延长后缩短,早期抗压强度先提高后降低,后期强度呈降低趋势,各掺量AP注浆料体积稳定性均满足GB/T 504488—2015《水泥基灌浆材料应用技术规范》要求。掺AP的注浆料对Ni、Cr、Zn、Cu有固结作用。微观分析表明:随AP掺量的增加,早期注浆料中铝胶(AH3)和钙矾石(AFt)先增多后减少;而后期注浆料中的AFt数量增加。The influence of different amount of secondary aluminum ash sintering slag grinding powder(AP)on the working performance,mechanical properties,volume stability and environmental friendliness of fast hardening high strength sulphoaluminate cement(SAC)grouting materials was studied,and its mechanism was deeply analyzed by microscopic testing technology.The results show that the setting time and early compressive strength of the grouting material show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of AP content,while the long-term compressive strength decreases with the increase of AP content.Moreover,different amounts of AP can make the volume stability of the grouting material meet the requirements of the specifications GB/T 504488—2015"Code for application technique of cementitious grout".The grouting material mixed with AP has a consolidation effect on Ni,Cr,Zn,and Cu.The microscopic analysis shows that the aluminum glue(AH3)and ettringite(AFt)in the early grouting materials increase first and then decrease with the increase of AP content;The amount of AFt in late-age grouting materials increases with the increase of AP dosage.
