摘 要:研究了单掺硅酸盐水泥熟料和复掺硅灰对磷石膏复合胶凝材料绝干强度、表观密度、吸水率、软化系数及SO_(4)^(2-)离子浸出浓度的影响,并对其水化行为进行了讨论。结果表明,复掺时,随着硅灰掺量的增加,试件表观密度、绝干强度和软化系数先增加后降低,而吸水率和SO_(4)^(2-)离子浸出浓度先降低后增加;最优配比为磷石膏85%、熟料15%、硅灰10%,比纯磷石膏绝干抗折、抗压强度提高182.8%、180.8%,吸水率降低37.7%,软化系数提高130.6%,SO_(4)^(2-)离子浸出浓度降低13.4%;单掺和复掺均提高了磷石膏浆体累积放热量,且随着硅灰掺量的增加,累积放热量降低;单掺和复掺均增多了硬化体小于10 nm的凝胶孔数量,减少了大于100 nm的大孔数量,且随着硅灰掺量的增加,孔隙率先减小后增大。The effects of silicate clinker in single admixture and silica fume in compound admixture on the absolute dry strength,bulk density,water absorption,softening coefficient and sulfate ion leaching concentration of phosphogypsum-based compound cementitious material.And hydration behavior was also evaluated.The results showed that the apparent density,absolute dry strength,and softening coefficient of the specimen increased first and then decreased with the increase of silica fume admixture,while the water absorption and sulfate ion leaching concentration decreased first and then increased.The addition of the phosphogypsum of 85%,the addition of silicate clinker of 15% and the addition of the silica fume of 10% was optimal mixing proportion.Compared with pure phosphogypsum,the flexural and compressive strength increased by 182.8% and 180.8%,the water absorption decreased by 37.7%,the softening coefficient increased by 130.6% and the sulfate ion leaching concentration decreased by 13.4%,respectively.Both in single admixture and in compound admixture made a positive effect on the cumulative heat of phosphogypsum,and the cumulative heat of phosphogypsum decreased with the increase of the silica fume in compound admixture.The number of gel pores(<10 nm)increased,while the number of macropore(>100 nm)decreased by mixing silicate clinker admixture and silica fume admixture independently or together.And the porosity decreased first and then increased with the increase of silica fume admixture.
