摘  要:以碱渣、矿渣、红黏土为主要原料,制备了碱渣-矿渣-红黏土基地聚物胶凝材料,通过正交试验研究了碱渣掺量、矿渣掺量、水料比、养护温度等因素对地聚物胶凝材料性能的影响。结果表明:当碱渣掺量为20%、矿渣掺量为30%、水料比为0.40、养护温度为60℃时,地聚物胶凝材料性能最优,其收缩率为0.6%、7 d抗压强度为38.2 MPa。A geopolymer which based alkali residue,mineral slag and red clay was prepared with alkali residue,slag and red clay as main raw materials.The effects of alkali residue content,slag content,ratio of water to material and curing temperature on the cementing materials were studied by orthogonal test.The results show that the properties of geopolymer cementing materials are the best when the content of alkali residue is 20%,the content of slag is 30%,the ratio of water to material is 0.40 and the curing temperature is 60℃.Its shrinkage rate is 0.6% and its 7 d compressive strength is 38.2 MPa.
