摘 要:研究了脱硫石膏替代部分硫铝酸盐水泥生产泡沫混凝土的可能性,并研究纳米黏土和脱硫石膏掺量对试件的密度、孔结构和强度的影响。通过对比试验,研究了纳米黏土和脱硫石膏对泡沫混凝土强度、密度和导热系数的影响,通过宏微观试验证明石膏和纳米黏土都可以有效改善孔结构并提高早期强度,通过掺入0.2%的纳米黏土和10%的石膏,可得到符合JG/T 266—2011《泡沫混凝土》中A06C3.0性能等级要求的泡沫混凝土。The possibility of producing foam concrete with desulfurized gypsum instead of partial sulphoaluminate cement was studied,and the effects of nano clay and desulfurized gypsum on the density,pore structure and strength of specimens were studied.Through comparative tests,the effects of nano clay and desulfurized gypsum on the strength,density and thermal conductivity of foam concrete were studied.Through macro and micro tests,it was proved that both gypsum and nano-clay could effectively improve the pore structure and improve the early strength.The introduction of 0.2%nano-clay and 10%gypsum could prepare foam concrete meeting theA06C0.3 grade requirements as specified in JG/T 266—2011"Foam Concrete".
