摘  要:防护热箱法具有精确度高、重复性好等特点,适用于建筑透光围护结构传热系数的实验室测试。但在实际测试时仍存在误差,因此开展防护热箱法的校准试验研究具有重要意义。系统介绍了防护热箱法的检测原理、试验系统构成,详细说明了校准试验方法及测试流程,并给出了不同厚度标准试件的热量校准曲线。在实际测试中,可通过校准热量进行热计量箱投入热量的修正,进而准确计算得到试件的传热系数。The protective hot box method has the characteristics of high accuracy and good repeatability,and is suitable for laboratory testing of heat transfer coefficient of building light transmission envelope.However,there are still certain errors in the actual test,so it is of great significance to carry out the calibration test study of the protective hot box method.This paper systematically introduces the detection principle and test system composition of the protective hot box method,describes the calibration test method and test process in detail,and finally gives the thermal calibration curve under different standard specimen thicknesses.In the actual test,the heat input into the heat chamber can be corrected by calibrating the heat,and the heat transfer coefficient of the specimen can be accurately calculated.
