摘 要:在建筑屋面铺设隔热层是目前广泛采用的一种建筑节能施工方法。以北京地区某建筑为例进行计算分析发现,隔热层的高热阻在夜间不利于建筑屋面白天积累的热量向外界排散。针对这一问题,提出一种基于铜水重力热管的建筑屋面热开关式隔热层,在白天隔热层上表面温度较高的时段热管不启动,在夜间隔热层上表面温度低于建筑屋面结构的时段热管启动,把建筑屋面结构的热量快速传到隔热层外表面向外界排散,减少了热量传入室内的比例。计算结果表明,按照间隔0.3 m铺设重力热管的热开关式隔热层比普通隔热层的空调制冷量下降14.4%,节能效果明显。Laying insulation layer on building roof is a widely used building energy saving construction method at present.Taking a building in Beijing as an example,it is found that the high thermal resistance of the insulation layer at night is not conducive to the dissipation of heat accumulated in the building roof during the day to the outside.To solve this problem,a thermal switch type heat insulation layer of building roof based on copper water gravity heat pipe is proposed.The heat pipe does not start during the day when the surface temperature of the insulation layer is high,but starts during the night when the surface temperature of the insulation layer is lower than that of the building roof structure.The heat of the building roof structure is quickly transferred to the exterior surface of the insulation layer and dissipated to the outside,reducing the proportion of heat into the room.The calculation results show that the cooling capacity of air conditioning of the ordinary insulation layer is reduced by 14.4%by the thermal switch insulation layer laid with the gravity heat pipe at an interval of 0.3 m,and the energy saving effect is obvious.
