The activity of recycled concrete powder was activated by different activators, and the optimal activator type and dosage were determined.Bacillus strains with different concentrations were used to immerse the recycled concrete powder for 14 days, and the effect of the strains on its activity was studied. Then the recycled concrete micro-powder only masonry material was prepared in different proportions. The research results show that the optimal chemical activator for recycled concrete powder is the composite activator of 0.10% triethanolamine and 5.00% PCE.The bio-51767 colloidal bacillus strain has a solubilizing and activating effect on recycled concrete powder, and the activation effect gradually decreases with the decrease of the strain concentration. When using a strain solution with a mass concentration of 0.077% and a dilution ratio of no more than 5 times and a disposal period of 14 days, the mass ratio of recycled concrete powder to cement is 55∶45,the water-to-cement ratio is 0.25,and the optimal activator is added,MU15 and MU20 grade masonry can be prepared by foaming material.
