摘 要:盾构法因具有快速、安全等优势而广泛应用于我国城市工程建设。在盾构施工和渣土改良处理中,常需要使用泡沫剂、分散剂和絮凝剂等化学助剂。这些化学助剂的添加,一方面极大地提高了盾构工程的施工效率,但另一方面也带来了潜在的环境影响和危害。总结了目前盾构法施工中常用的化学助剂种类、成分和作用,重点阐述了其对水-土环境的潜在风险,介绍了目前处理盾构渣土的常用绿色技术,并以深圳市地铁14号线绿色施工为案例进行了详细分析,以期使业界进一步关注由盾构渣土中的化学助剂所带来的潜在环境问题,并通过研发、应用环保助剂和绿色施工技术,为盾构隧道工程的可持续发展提供支撑。Shield method is widely used in China’s urban engineering construction because of its advantages of speed and safety.The chemical additives of foam,dispersant and flocculants are often applied in shield construction and muck improvement treatment.The addition of these chemical additives greatly improves the efficiency of shield construction on the one hand,but on the other hand,it also brings potential environmental impact and hazards.The types,compositions and roles of chemical additives commonly used in shield construction are summarized at present,the potential risks to the water-soil environment are emphasized.The commonly used green technologies to deal with shield muck are introduced.The green construction of Shenzhen Metro Line 14 is analyzed in detail to draw the industry’s attention to the environmental problems that may be caused by chemical additives in shield muck and support the sustainable development of shield tunneling projects by the research,application of environmentally protection additives and green construction technologies.
