摘  要:随着我国高等级公路的增多,温拌泡沫沥青混合料因其加热温度低、环境污染小逐渐得到广泛应用。对AC-13型温拌泡沫沥青混合料的配合比及路用性能进行了研究,并分析了外掺剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对温拌泡沫沥青混合料路用性能的影响,同时对温拌泡沫沥青混合料、SBS改性温拌泡沫沥青混合料和热拌沥青混合料的路用性能做了对比研究。研究结果表明:AC-13型温拌泡沫沥青混合料的最佳油石比为4.9%;SBS改性温拌泡沫沥青混合料与热拌沥青混合料的路用性能基本一致,但温拌泡沫沥青混合料的水稳定性能需要通过添加外掺剂进一步改善和提高;在泡沫沥青中加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵提高了集料-泡沫沥青的黏附强度,增强了温拌泡沫沥青混合料的抗水损害能力和高温稳定性能。该温拌泡沫沥青混合料满足规范要求,能为相关工程实践提供参考。With the increase of high-grade highways in China,warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture has been gradually widely used because of its low heating temperature and environmental pollution.In this paper,AC-13 warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture ratio and road performance was researched,and the influence of the admixture cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide on it was analyzed.The road performance of warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture,SBS modified warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture and hot mix asphalt mixture were compared and studied.The results show that the optimum oil to stone ratio of AC-13 warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture is 4.9%;The road performance of SBS modified warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture is basically same as hot mix asphalt mixture.But the water stability of warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture need be further improved and enhanced by the addition of additives;The addition of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide to the foam asphalt improves the adhesion strength of the aggregate to the foam asphalt and enhances the water damage resistance and high temperature stability of the warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture.This warm mixed foamed asphalt mixture meets the requirements of the technical specifications and can provide reference for the relevant engineering practice.
