摘 要:超薄罩面技术是一种新型路面预防性养护技术,近几年来,在我国高等级公路预防性养护中的应用越来越多,但在彩色沥青路面中的应用却很少。因此,基于普通交通道路超薄罩面技术,进行了自研发的改性彩色沥青结合料与普通沥青混合料改性剂相结合的试验,制备出了一种彩色超薄罩面沥青混合料。该混合料经过试验各项技术指标均满足BJJT/0056—2020《沥青路面预防养护技术指南》中“超薄罩面(高黏改性剂)”型要求,且制备工艺简单,与普通CAC-13面层彩色沥青混合料相比,摊铺厚度只有后者的50%~60%,可用于公园、广场、人行步道以及自行车道等。Ultra-thin cover technology is a new type of pavement preventive maintenance technology.In recent years,it has been applied more and more in the preventive maintenance of high-grade highways in China.But its application in colored asphalt pavement is rare.Therefore,based on the ultra-thin cover technology of ordinary roads,experiments were conducted on the combination of self-developed modified colored asphalt binder and ordinary asphalt mixture modifier to prepare a color ultra-thin cover asphalt mixture.All technical indicators of this mixture were tested to meet the requirements of“ultra-thin cover(high viscosity modifier)”type in the BJJT/0056—2020“Guidelines for Asphalt Pavements Preventive Maintenance Technology”,and the preparation process is simple.Compared with ordinary CAC-13 surface layer colored asphalt mixture,its paving thickness is only 50%to 60%of the latter,which can be used in parks,squares,pedestrian walkways,and bicycle lanes.
