摘  要:依托西安市2个实际工程中埋深分别为2 100 m和2 505 m的U型深埋管换热系统,结合钻井测温、岩土解释和原位试验,建立了埋管换热的三维全尺寸数值模型。基于所建模型,模拟分析了2个深埋管换热器在动态换热负荷条件下的埋管换热特性,并对比了2个深埋管动态负荷运行下的供暖能力和差异。其中动态负荷是依据西安市某个实际节能住宅建筑并利用DeST软件计算得到的。研究结果表明:增加埋管深度有利于提高埋管换热品质,从而实现高效供暖。The U-shaped deep-buried pipe heat exchange systems with depths of 2100 m and 2505 m in two practical projects in Xi’an was taken as an example.Combined with drilling temperature measurement,ground interpretation and in-situ experiments,the 3D full-scale numerical model of heat transfer systems for buried pipes were established.According to the model,the heat transfer characteristics of two types of deep-buried pipe heat exchangers under dynamic heat transfer load were simulated and analyzed.Furthermore,the intensity and difference in heating capacity of two deep-buried pipes were studied and analyzed under the dynamic load operation.Based on an actual energy-saving residential building in Xi’an,the dynamic load was calculated by DeST software.The results show that the increase of buried pipe depth is beneficial to improve the heat transfer quality of buried pipe and the heating efficiency.
