摘　　要：MEMS惯性传感器的组合可实现高精度的倾斜角度检测,但MEMS惯性传感器容易受环境温度变化的影响产生输出漂移,影响检测精度。针对该问题,本研究以MPU6050惯性器件为对象,融合陀螺仪和加速度计构建了一种带温度补偿的角度测量系统,利用芯片内置温度传感器的输出数据,根据该补偿模型对角度输出进行实时补偿。试验结果表明,通过温度补偿,在20~75℃,角度输出的温度敏感度从未经补偿前的0.019(°)/℃降低到了0.0044(°)/℃,有效提升了系统的环境适应性和稳定性。The combination of MEMS inertial sensors can achieve high-precision tilt angle detection,but MEMS inertial sensors are prone to output drift caused by environmental temperature changes,which affects detection accuracy.To solve this problem,an angle measurement system with temperature compensation is constructed,using the MPU6050 inertial device as the object and combining a gyroscope and an accelerometer.Based on the output data of the built-in temperature sensor on the chip,the angle output is compensated in real time according to the compensation model.The experimental results show that through temperature compensation,the temperature sensitivity of the angle output is reduced from 0.019(°)/℃to 0.0044(°)/℃in the range of 20℃to 75℃,effectively improving the environmental adaptability and stability of the system.
