摘 要:渠首沉沙池作为引黄济青工程的重要控制性工程,在工程运行中发挥着重要作用。本文通过收集整理30余年的引水引沙数据,找出了引黄调水沉沙池的沉沙规律,并据此调整调度运行时间以减少黄河泥沙的引入量,同时通过堤坝拓宽加固、低洼处农田改造等增加沉沙池内淤积泥沙可开发利用的出路。通过“一增一减”,渠首沉沙池充分发挥了黄河泥沙的“中转站”作用,实现了动态综合利用,从而探索出渠首沉沙池循环可持续开发使用的新模式。As an important controlling project of the Yellow River to Qingdao Water Diversion Project,the settling basin in the canal head plays a crucial role in its operation.This paper collects and analyzes over 30 years of data on water and sediment diversion,identifying sediment deposition patterns in the Yellow River’s water diversion settling basin.Based on these findings,adjustments are made to the scheduling and operation time to reduce the influx of sediment from the Yellow River.Additionally,measures such as widening and reinforcing embankments and transforming low-lying farmlands are implemented to increase the potential for exploiting and utilizing the accumulated sediment within the settling basin.Through this“increase and decrease”approach,the settling basin effectively functions as a“transfer station”for Yellow River sediment,enabling dynamic and comprehensive utilization.As a result,a new model of sustainable and cyclical development for the settling basin has been established,showcasing the potential for continued and responsible utilization of its resources.
