国医大师刘尚义运用蜜紫菀-炒决明子药对治疗癌性便秘的经验举隅

摘　　要：便秘是中晚期癌症患者常见且痛苦的症状,虽不难治但医者往往忽略了患者自身的感受,从而影响了患者后期治疗的依从性及生存质量。国医大师刘尚义在临床中常用蜜紫菀-炒决明子药对治疗癌性便秘且取得使患者达到自主排便的疗效。本文笔者从癌性便秘的病因病机、治疗原则、蜜紫菀-炒决明子药对的配伍功效,以及临床运用该药对治疗癌性便秘的经验进行阐述,以期为后续研究提供理论参考。Constipation is a common and painful symptom for patients with middle and advanced cancer.Although constipation is not difficult to treat,the neglect of patients'feelings by the physicians leads to the poor compliance of the patients to the later treatment and low quality of life.Liu Shang-yi,a master of Chinese medicine,usually used herbal pair of honey-prepared Radix Asteris and fried Semen Cassiae in the clinical treatment of cancerous constipation and often achieved the efficacy of enabling patients to defecate spontaneously.In this paper,the author expounds the etiology of cancerous constipation,therapeutic principles,the compatibility effect of herbal pair of honey-prepared Radix Asteris and fried Semen Cassiae,and the clinical experience of applying the herbal pair in trewating cancerous constipation,so as to provide theoretical reference for subsequent research.
