田华琴教授从痰论治肺癌的经验集萃

摘　　要：肺癌为发病率及死亡率均占首位的恶性肿瘤。田华琴教授根据对肺脏的中医认识,肺癌的病因病机及临床诊治出发,不断钻研,指出痰邪作为肺癌核心致病因素,痰浊内蕴归肺,是肺癌发生发展的关键环节,提出“从痰论治”肺癌,分别从调畅气机、补益脾肾、温药和之、中西汇通等手段达到化痰驱邪解毒之作用。本文总结田华琴教授从痰论治肺癌的经验,并附验案1则。Professor Tian Hua-qin,a famous Chinese medicine physician in Guangdong Province,has been engaging in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practice for more than 30 years.Following the achievements of Lingnan TCM oncology and based on years of clinical experience and the research of lung cancer pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment,Professor Tian pointed out that phlegm pathogen is the key pathogenic factors of lung cancer,and phlegm turbidity accumulating in the lung is the key link in the development of lung cancer.Therefore,Professor Tian put forward the idea of treating lung cancer from the perspective of phlegm,and therapies regulating the flow of Qi,replenishing the spleen and kidney,removing phlegm and fluid-retention with warm drugs,and integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment can be used to achieve the effect of resolving phlegm,dispelling pathogens and removing toxins.Following the above principles,the curative effect will be outstanding,and an effective case is attached to prove it.For we have the honor to follow Professor Tian in clinic for more than ten years,and have benefited a lot,the clinical experience of Professor Tian was summarized to provide reference.
