从免疫微环境角度探讨健脾化湿法在大肠癌中的运用

摘　　要：大肠癌是临床中常见的恶性肿瘤,随着精准医学的不断发展,肿瘤免疫疗法日益成为重要的治疗手段。免疫微环境与大肠癌的发生发展、预后和免疫治疗反应密切相关,免疫微环境作为肿瘤微环境中的主要组成部分,其作用值得关注。中医药治疗作为肿瘤综合治疗的一部分,在个体化防治大肠癌中具有重要的地位,且安全性较高。运用扶正祛邪之法治疗肿瘤能够提高机体免疫功能,进而抑制肿瘤进展,改善生活质量等。健脾化湿法是中医治疗大肠癌常用的治法,以免疫微环境为切入点,从中医理论深入探讨健脾化湿法在调节大肠癌免疫微环境中的作用机制具有重要意义,并将为中医在调节免疫微环境并改善大肠癌免疫治疗的疗效提供相应的理论依据。Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a common malignancy in clinic.With the development of precision medicine,tumor immunotherapy plays an important part in cancer treatment.Tumor immune microenvironment is closely related to tumor development,progression,prognosis,and response to immunotherapy.As the vital component of tumor microenvironment,immune microenvironment plays a crucial role in cancer immunotherapy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy contributes to the integrative cancer management,and has an important place in individualized prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer with high safety.Therapeutic principle of dispelling pathogens and supporting the healthy Qi is effective on enhancing the immune function,suppressing the tumor progression and improving the quality of life.Therapy of invigorating spleen and resolving dampness is considered as the common therapeutic strategy in the treatment of colorectal cancer.It is of great significance to explore the mechanism of“invigorating spleen and resolving dampness”in regulating the immune microenvironment of colorectal cancer based on the theory of TCM,which will supply theoretical evidence for TCM treatment in treating colorectal cancer.
