摘 要:针对油砂分离旋流器内衬材料耐磨性不足的问题,采用自蔓延高温合成与真空消失模铸造相结合的方法,制备原位TiC颗粒增强高铬铸铁基金属陶瓷复合材料,用显微组织观察、微区成分分析、XRD、显微硬度和干砂橡胶轮磨损试验等测试方法,研究了不同YG8硬质合金颗粒加入量对TiC颗粒增强高铬铸铁基金属陶瓷复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:复合层与高铬铸铁基体呈现“啮合”状态的冶金结合,复合层组织由原位合成的TiC、YG8颗粒相及高铬铸铁基体相组成;随YG8颗粒加入量的增加,原位合成的TiC颗粒尺寸变得细小,并弥散分布在高铬铸铁基体中;当YG8颗粒加入量为10%时,复合层表面质量良好,显微硬度值最高,可达1348HV_(0.1),其磨损失质量最小,在45、90、130 N载荷下的耐磨性分别是高铬铸铁基体的3.23、3.40、3.26倍。Aiming at the problem of insufficient wear resistance of lining material of oil sand separation cyclone,the TiC particle reinforced high chromium cast iron foundation ceramic composite was prepared by the methods of self⁃propagating high temperature synthesis and vacuum vanishing mold casting.The microstructure observation,micro⁃region composition analysis,XRD,microhardness test and dry sand rubber wheel wear test were adopted.The effects of different amounts of YG8 carbide particles on the microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron matrix ceramic composites reinforced by TiC particles were studied.The results show that the composite layer is meshing with the matrix of high chromium cast iron.The microstructure of the composite layer is composed of in⁃situ synthesized TiC and YG8 particle phases and matrix phase of high chromium cast iron.With the increase of the amount of YG8 particles,the sizes of TiC particles in situ become smaller and dispersed in the matrix of high chromium cast iron.When the content of YG8 particles is 10%,the surface quality of the composite layer is good,the microhardness is the highest which is up to 1348HV_(0.1),the weight loss is the lowest,and the wear resistance of the composite layer is 3.23,3.40 and 3.26 times of that of the high chromium cast iron matrix at 45 N,90 N and 130 N loading,respectively.
