摘　　要：周恩来精神的研究成果丰硕,共识多,意义大。本文就周恩来精神研究中存在着歧义的几个问题进行探讨。首先是周恩来精神的价值定位问题,笔者认为周恩来精神是中国共产党人精神的一面不朽旗帜。其次是周恩来精神存在的正当性问题,笔者认为周恩来精神既有深厚的民意基础,又有坚实的学理支撑,是党心民心所向。再次是党中央对周恩来精神评价的一致性问题,笔者认为党中央对周恩来精神的评价是一以贯之、一脉相承的。The study of Zhou Enlai's spirit has produced abundant results,with multiple consensuses and great significance.This article explores several ambiguous issues in the study of Zhou Enlai's spirit.Firstly,it addresses the issue of the value positioning of Zhou Enlai's spirit.The author believes that Zhou Enlai's spirit is an immortal banner of the spirit of Chinese Communists.Secondly,it discusses the legitimacy of Zhou Enlai's spirit.The author argues that Zhou Enlai's spirit has a strong popular foundation and solid theoretical support,and it is what both the Party and the people aspire to.Thirdly,it examines the issue of the consistency of the evaluation of Zhou Enlai's spirit by the Party Central Committee.The author believes that the Party Central Committee's evaluation of Zhou Enlai's spirit is consistent and continuous.
