摘　　要：对患者安全事件、患者安全事件的疾病经济负担、患者安全事件管理的投入与成本效益分析等相关经济学研究进行评述,提出现有研究的不足与启示,为有关部门降低患者安全事件、优化医疗资源配置提供管理决策参考。This paper reviews the economic studies related to patient safety events,the economic burden of disease of patient safety events,and the input and cost-benefit analysis of patient safety event management,and presents the shortcomings and insights of existing studies,to provide management decisions for relevant departments to reduce patient safety events and optimize the allocation of healthcare resources.
