摘　　要：目的:探讨南京市某三甲医院建设研究型医院的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势,为该院研究型医院建设提供突破口和战略指导。方法:系统评估研究型医院建设的外部机遇与挑战,同时以江苏省发布的《研究型医院建设指引》为标杆,从战略支撑、临床诊疗、科学研究、成果转化4个方面分析该院研究型医院建设的优势与劣势。结果:该院内外环境都具备了研究型医院建设的基本条件,但优势集中在单一学科领域且未成为绝对竞争力,管理缺陷是重大劣势。结论:该院可以从加强薄弱专科、强化自身优势和补齐管理短板等入手,形成一套完整的研究型医院建设方案,保障顺利建设成为研究型医院。Objective:To explore the opportunities,challenges,advantages,and disadvantages of building a research hospital in a GradeⅢLevel A hospital in Nanjing,and to provide a breakthrough and strategic guidance for the construction of the research hospital in the hospital.Methods:The external opportunities and challenges of the construction of research hospitals were systematically evaluated.At the same time,the strengths and weaknesses of the construction of research hospitals were analyzed from the four aspects of strategic support,clinical diagnosis and treatment,scientific research,and achievement transformation,taking the Guidelines for the Construction of Research Hospitals issued by Jiangsu Province as the benchmark.Results:The internal and external environment of the hospital has the basic conditions for the construction of a research-oriented hospital,but the advantages are concentrated in a single specialized field and have not become absolute competitiveness,and the management defect is a major disadvantage.Conclusion:The hospital can form a complete set of research-oriented hospital construction plans by strengthening the weak specialties,strengthening its own advantages,and making up the management weaknesses,so as to ensure its smooth construction into a research-oriented hospital.
