摘 要:为提高石英陶瓷与低膨胀合金钢、碳纤维复合材料等异种材料的胶接强度,设计并制备了一种新型的含硅烷侧链的聚醚酰亚胺底涂剂(BDA-K),测试了底涂剂增强的石英陶瓷/异种材料的胶接强度,分析了底涂剂对胶接结构的作用机理。研究结果表明:BDA-K可以显著提高石英陶瓷与异种材料的胶接强度;与无底涂剂时相比,石英陶瓷/碳纤维复合材料室温下的胶接强度提升率为45.7%、280℃下胶接强度提升率为67.0%;石英陶瓷/4J36低膨胀合金钢材料室温下的胶接强度提升率为70.4%、300℃下胶接强度提升率为126.0%。A novel polyetherimide primer containing silane side chain(BDA-K)was designed and prepared to improve the bonding strength of quartz ceramics to dissimilar materials such as low expansion alloy steel and carbon fiber composites.The bonding strength of quartz ceramics/dissimilar materials reinforced by the primer was tested.The mechanism of primer on bonding structure was analyzed.The results show that BDA-K can significantly improve the bonding strength between quartz ceramics and dissimilar materials.Compared with no primer,the bonding strength of quartz ceramic/carbon fiber composites is increased by 45.7%at room temperature and 67.0%at 280℃,the bonding strength of quartz ceramic/4J36 low expansion alloy steel is increased by 70.4%at room temperature and 126.0%at 300℃.
