摘　　要：文章介绍了在棉纺设备上生产汉麻纺织品的研究现状及技术难点,论述了汉麻纤维的预处理养生、汉麻纤维纺纱工艺流程及纺纱专件器材优选等技术进展情况,并以精梳汉麻纤维纯纺成条关键技术为基础,介绍了精梳棉与汉麻混纺集聚纺纱线研发实践情况。通过生产实践认为,在棉纺设备上采用干法纺纱时,汉麻纤维的养生预处理及设备专件器材优化配置及合理的工艺参数是实现顺利生产的关键。This paper explores the current research status and technical difficulties of producing hemp textiles on cotton spinning equipment.It discusses the technological progress of curing and pre-treatment,the spinning process,and the optimization of spinning equipment related to hemp fibers.In addition,based on the critical technology of pure spinning of combed hemp fibers,the paper introduces the R&D practice of combed cotton/hemp blended compact yarn.It is believed that when dry spinning on cotton spinning equipment,the curing and pre-treatment of hemp fiber,the optimized configuration of equipment,and reasonable process parameters are the foundation for smooth production.
