摘  要:管状织物是一种双层结构织物,在地组织中夹杂着中空的管状结构,逐渐成为工业纺织品的一种新形式,可以广泛应用于各种管道、外壳、衬垫、超高温隔热管和各种结构性支撑物。文章设计了平纹+管状组织、表里换层双管组织、接结双层管状组织,并各采用不同颜色的涤纶纱线进行织造,同时设计一块平纹织物作为参照;分别对不同组织结构的织物试样进行保温性能测试,并通过热像图来测试其热量传递情况。结果表明,管状织物的传热系数比平纹织物小,保暖性好。其中,表里换层双管织物的保温性能最好,接结双层管状织物次之,带有平纹组织的管状织物保温性能略差,但好于平纹织物。Tubular fabric is a kind of double-layer fabric with hollow tubular structures in the ground weave,which has gradually become a new product of technical textiles.It is widely used in a variety of pipelines,shells,liners,ultra-high-temperature insulation pipes,and different structural supports.This paper designed several weaves,i.e.,plain plus tubular weave,surface and inner layer exchanged double-tube weave,stitching double tubular weave,and wove them with polyester yarns of different colors.Meanwhile,a plain weave fabric was woven as the comparison reference.And then,the thermal insulation properties of these fabric samples were tested by thermography to observe their heat transfer situation.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of tubular fabric is lower than that of plain fabric,showing a better warmth retention property.Surface and inner layer exchanged double-tube weave has the best thermal insulation performance,followed by the stitching double tubular weave fabrics;that of tubular fabric with plain weave performs slightly worse but better than the plain fabrics.
