摘　　要：针对棉针织物常规前处理染色工艺存在工艺流程长、废水排放量大的问题,文章对棉针织物进行一浴两步法前处理染色试验。优化的工艺条件为:精练剂TF-128E用量2 g/L,处理温度80℃,处理时间30 min。处理后织物的染色效果与常规前处理染色工艺基本一致,符合染整加工要求。Aiming at the long process flow and large wastewater discharge problems of conventional pretreatment and dyeing process for cotton knits,this paper conducted the pretreatment and dyeing of cotton knits in a one-bath two-step process.By using 2 g/L of scouring agent TF-128E with 80°℃of pretreatment temperature for 30 minutes.The dyeing effect of the optimized process conditions is basically consistent with the conventional pretreatment and dyeing process,meeting the requirements of dyeing and finishing processing.
