棉织物低甲醛耐日晒阻燃整理

摘　　要：文章采用新型磷氮系阻燃剂NS-ZR-007对棉织物进行阻燃整理,研究了阻燃剂用量、催化剂用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对阻燃效果的影响。结果表明,当阻燃剂用量为400 g/L,催化剂用量为80 g/L,焙烘温度为180℃,焙烘时间为5 min时,棉织物阻燃效果较好。采用此工艺整理后的阻燃棉织物水洗50次后损毁长度为65mm,阴燃时间为0.7 s,续燃时间为0,甲醛含量为17 mg/kg,耐日晒色牢度为4级。A newly invented phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant NS-ZR-007 was used for cotton fabric finishing.The effects of flame retardant dosage,catalyst dosage,baking temperature,and baking time on the flame retardant effect were studied.The results show that the flame-retardant effect of cotton fabric performs better when the amount of flame retardant is 400 g/L;the amount of catalyst is 80 g/L;the baking temperature is 180℃;the baking time is 5 min.After 50 times washing,the performance of the flame-retardant cotton fabric is as follows:65 mm of the damage length;0.7 s of afterglow time with no afterflame time;17 mg/kg in formaldehyde content;grade 4 of co lor fastness to sunlight.
