摘 要:四川盆地震旦系资源丰富,勘探开发潜力巨大,其储层发育受沉积与岩溶作用双重控制,且经历多期构造运动,造成储层类型多样、非均质性强。不同类型的储层在空间上相互叠置,形成了不同类型的储集体。由于不同类型的储集体物性差异大,钻遇不同类型储集体的气井产能差异大,使得预测气井合理配产难度大。同时对于新部署气井,由于缺少测试和生产资料,难以利用传统方法对新部署气井进行合理配产。针对这一难题,通过建立不同类型储集体叠加时的气井无阻流量计算方法,利用切线交汇作图法确定气井合理配产比例,形成了适用于强非均质性岩溶气藏新部署气井的合理配产新方法。研究结果表明:①不同类型储集体叠加时的气井无阻流量计算方法,较常规一点法考虑的因素更全面,修正系数取值更为准确;②在无法获取新部署气井任何动态资料的情况下,利用不同类型储集体厚度占比与无阻流量关系图版,即可预测得到新部署气井的无阻流量;③采用切线交汇作图法,可实现气井合理配产比例的快速计算;④新方法计算的新部署气井无阻流量、合理配产误差范围均在10%以内,可为气井部署和配套工程提供重要依据。There exist abundant natural-gas resources in the Silurian of Sichuan Basin,leading to enormous exploration and develop-ment prospects.Silurian reservoirs are diverse in types and character strong heterogeneity given the dual control of sedimentation and karstification on reservoir extension as well as multiple-episode tectonic movements.Vertically,a variety of reservoirs are overlapped mutually,forming all kinds of reservoir bodies.Since these bodies are quite different in their physical properties,gas wells embracing diverse bodies show large variation in productivity,bringing about a great challenge in predicting rational proration.Meanwhile,for some newly deployed gas wells in shortage of both testing and production data,it is impossible to complete this proration through traditional ways.So,a novel methodology of rational proration has been built for these wells in karst gas reservoirs with strong het-erogeneity.In this methodology,some means to calculate the absolute open flow potential(AOFP)were established for a certain gas well at the overlapped reservoir bodies with various types,and the proration ratio was defined by using tangent intersection plotting.Results show that(i)the calculating means for the AOFP boast more global considerations and more accurate correction factors than those from routine one-point method;(ii)for a newly deployed gas well without any dynamic data,the AOFP can be predicted through a relation chart between ratio of reservoir thickness and AOFP;(iii)the tangent intersection plotting makes rapid calculation of ratio-nal proration ratio possible;and(iv)for the obtained AOFP and proration ratio,their errors are below 10%,which is important for well deployment and supporting engineering.
