微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年12月赤水市人民医院肱骨近端骨折患者60例为研究对象,按计算机随机分配法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予传统切开复位内固定术,观察组予以微创锁定钢板内固定术。比较两组手术指标、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、并发症。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中失血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组疼痛、活动功能、肌力、活动度评分均升高,且观察组疼痛、活动功能、肌力、活动度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:肱骨近端骨折行微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗,疗效较好,患者肩关节功能改善,康复速度快,并发症少。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation for proximal humerus fracture.Methods:Sixty patients with proximal humerus fractures in Chishui People's Hospital were selected as study subjects from January 2018 to December 2022,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty cases each accord⁃ing to the computerized random allocation method.The control group was given traditional cut-and-replace internal fixation,and the observation group was given minimally invasive locking steel plate internal fixation.The two groups were compared in terms of surgical indexes,Constant-Murley shoulder function scores,and complications.Results:The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After surgery,pain,activity function,muscle strength and mobility scores were elevated in both groups,and pain,activity function,muscle strength and mobility scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:Minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation for proximal humerus fracture has better efficacy,im⁃proved shoulder joint function,faster recovery and fewer complications.
