摘 要:目的:研究正交试验优化血竭方的提取工艺。方法:设计正交试验,以提取率为评价指标,从煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水倍量等维度优选出血竭方的提取工艺。结果:血竭方的提取工艺主要影响因素依次为煎煮次数和煎煮时间,而加水倍量并不是主要的影响因素。丹参等10味药材的优选提取工艺加水煎煮2次,10倍量作为第1次加水量,8倍量作为第2次加水量,每次加水煎煮时间均为1 h。结论:利用正交试验法建立血竭方的提取工艺简单可行、重复性好、提取效率高,可用于血竭方的提取。Objective:To study the orthogonal test to optimize the extraction technology of Xuejiefang.Methods:Orthogonal tests were designed to optimize the extraction process of the Xuejiefang from the dimensions of decocting times,decocting time and wa⁃ter dosage,taking the extraction rate as the evaluation index.Results:The main influencing factors of the extraction process of Xuejiefang were the number of decoctions and decoctions time in turn,but the amount of water added was not the main influencing factor;The optimal extraction process of 10 kinds of medicinal materials such as salvia miltiorrhiza was decocted and boiled twice,with 10 times the amount of water added for the first time and 8 times the amount of water added for the second time;The decoct⁃ing time was 1 h each time.Conclusion:The use of orthogonal tests to establish the extraction process of Xuejiefang is simple and feasible,with good repeatability and high extraction efficiency,and can be used for the extraction of Xuejiefang.
