精细化护理对Carto3三维标测系统下经导管射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究精细化护理对Carto3三维标测系统下经导管射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者的价值。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月广西医科大学第一附属医院进行Carto3三维标测系统下经导管射频消融术的心房颤动患者118例为研究对象,以随机列表法分为研究组和对照组,各59例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用精细化护理。比较两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、生活质量评分、并发症发生率、满意度。结果:研究组干预后SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041);研究组干预后物质生活、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:精细化护理对Carto3三维标测系统下经导管射频消融术治疗的心房颤动患者效果较好,能够缓解患者负性情绪,改善生活质量,并发症少,患者满意度较高。Objective:To investigate the value of refined nursing for patients with atrial fibrillation treated by catheter radiofre⁃quency ablation on Carto3 three-dimensional mapping system.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighteen patients with atrial fi⁃brillation who underwent catheter radiofrequency ablation under Carto3 three-dimensional mapping system in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and control group by random list method,with fifty-nine patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the study group with refined nursing.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),quality of life score,complication rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041);After intervention,the scores of material life,psychological function,social function and physical function of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.001);The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:Refined nursing was effective for atrial fibrillation patients treated by catheter radiofrequency ablation on Carto3 three-dimensional mapping sys⁃tem,which could alleviate negative emotions,improve quality of life,reduce complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
