摘　　要：目的:观察围术期护理在经单鼻孔蝶窦入路内镜下切除垂体瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月贵州医科大学附属医院经单鼻孔蝶窦入路内镜下切除垂体瘤患者60例为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予常规护理,观察组给予围术期护理。比较两组生活质量、并发症发生率。结果:护理后,观察组总体健康情况、身体疼痛、活力、生理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:对经单鼻孔蝶窦入路内镜下切除垂体瘤患者实施围术期护理,能够提升患者生活质量,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective:To observe the effect of perioperative nursing in patients undergoing endoscopic resection of pituitary tumor through single nostril sphenoidal sinus approach.Methods:A total of sixty patients undergoing endoscopic resection of pituitary tu⁃mors through single nostril sphenoidal sinus approach in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given perioperative nursing.The qual⁃ity of life and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the overall health,body pain,vitality and physiological function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing for patients undergoing endoscopic resection of pituitary tumor through single nostril sphenoidal sinus approach can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
