摘  要:针对高速铁路WJ-8型扣件D1预埋套管传统生产工艺存在的加工尺寸偏差大、品质不稳定、生产效率低、用工成本高等问题,从结构到工艺进行针对性优化设计。通过构建预埋套管自动化系统,对传统预埋套管生产工艺进行了改进,实现了D1预埋套管脱模、水口去除、端口打磨、模具监控等一系列工序的自动化。不仅可以快速消除安全隐患,提高工作效率,改善产品质量,降低生产成本和劳动强度,而且可以最大限度发挥原有设备价值,实现设备和人力资源的优化配置。This study addresses challenges in the traditional manufacturing methods of D1 dowel for WJ-8 high speed railway fasteners.These challenges include issues like substantial dimensional discrepancies,inconsistent product quality,low production efficiency,and elevated labor costs.To overcome these obstacles,a focused optimization strategy was devised,encompassing both structural and procedural enhancements.The development of an automated dowel production system led to significant improvements in the conventional manufacturing process.The automation covered a range of tasks for D1 dowel,encompassing demolding,removal of injection unwanted parts,ends polishing,mold monitoring,and more.The proposed approach not only swiftly mitigates safety concerns but also enhances operational efficiency,refines product excellence,reduces manufacturing expenses and labor demands.Moreover,it maximizes the utility of existing equipment and facilitates an optimized allocation of both equipment and human resources.
