摘  要:基于缆索锚具构造要求和设计方法,开展锚具后端椎体内径、锚杯椎体长度、锚杯锥角、冷铸填料摩擦角、锚杯平均厚度等设计参数对锚具的冷铸填料椎体压应力和锚杯环向应力两项受力指标的影响分析,并设计试验索体进行静载和疲劳试验验证。结果表明:与锚杯环向应力相比,冷铸填料椎体压应力是锚具结构设计的主要控制因素;锚具各设计参数存在最优值;通过本文方法设计的锚具,索体静力和疲劳性能均满足相关规范要求。Based on the structural requirements and design methods of cable anchors,the impact analysis of design parameters such as the inner diameter of the rear-end vertebrae of the anchors,the length of the vertebrae of the anchors,the cone angle of the anchors,the friction angle of the cold-cast filling,and the average thickness of the anchors on the two stress indicators of the cold-cast filling cone and the circumferential stress of the anchors was carried out.A test cable was designed for static load testing and fatigue testing verification.The results indicate that compared to the circumferential stress of the anchors,the compressive stress of the cold-cast filling cone is the main controlling factor in the design of the anchor structure.There is an optimal value for each design parameter of the anchor.The anchorage designed using the method described in this article meets the requirements of relevant specifications for both static and fatigue performance of the cable.
