摘 要:为支撑波纹钢管涵在铁路工程中的应用,本文对铁路波纹钢管涵力学特性进行数值仿真并开展参数分析。结果表明:波纹钢管涵在承受整体环向压应力的同时,在涵顶、涵底和管涵两侧存在显著的弯曲应力;涵顶、涵底的波峰受压,波谷受拉,管涵两侧波峰受拉,而波谷受压;涵顶填土高度直接影响管涵的恒载土压力水平和活载扩散作用;填土弹性模量、管径、壁厚、波形对土体和管涵的刚度及二者的相对刚度有影响,进而影响管涵、土体之间的荷载分配及管涵的应力水平;列车荷载作用于接近管涵边界或管涵正上方与管涵边界之间时,管涵环向压应力最大,但压应力与列车荷载作用于涵顶正上方时相差较小,不超过6.8%。To support the application of corrugated steel pipe culvert in railway engineering,the numerical simulation and parametric study on the mechanical characteristics of railway corrugated steel pipe culvert were carried out in this paper.The results show that while the corrugated steel pipe culvert bears the overall circumferential compressive stress,there are significant bending stresses at the top,bottom and both sides of the culvert.At the top and bottom of the culvert,the wave crest is under compression and the wave trough is under tension,while at both sides of the pipe culvert,it is the opposite.The height of soil filling at the top of the culvert directly affects the level of dead load soil pressure and the diffusion effect of live load on the pipe culvert.The soil elastic modulus,pipe diameter,wall thickness and wave shape affect the stiffness of soil,the stiffness of pipe culvert and their relative stiffness,and then affect the load distribution between the pipe culvert and the soil,as well as the stress level of the pipe culvert.When the train load is applied near the boundary of the pipe culvert or directly above the pipe culvert and between the boundary of the pipe culvert,the circumferential compressive stress of the pipe culvert is the highest,but the difference between the value and the train load applied directly above the top of the culvert is small,not exceeding 6.8%.
